I.M Lash Extensions cancellation policy is 24 hours notice prior to the start time of your appointment as a courtesy to the business. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour time frame will be charged a 50% Cancellation Fee. Failure to cancel or not show up to the scheduled appointment will result in you being charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fees applicable to the service(s) scheduled.
